Today I was supposed to start my food journal, again. It’s 10pm and I still haven’t started. I thought this little blog might help keep me on track for some serious weight-loss. I’ve been reading some blogs and they seem to be working for some people, so what the hell, I’ll try too!
But I should really start with the journal. I must have a pretty journal-like book lying around here somewhere.
